Order Cancellations and Changes

You may request an order cancellation or change before your order has been shipped.

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible at support@avensai.com. Because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that every request can be completed before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or changed. After delivery, you may request a return under the conditions below.

14-Day Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 calendar days after the last item in your order is delivered.

If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be extended to the next business day.

Before Requesting a Return

Please email support@avensai.com with:

• Your order number.
• The item you wish to return.
• The reason for your return.
• Photos of the item and packaging if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, accessories, tags, and hygiene liners must remain attached where applicable.
• You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Items may not be accepted if they have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags or applicable hygiene protection.

These restrictions do not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 calendar days at support@avensai.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you, subject to product availability.

Please keep the item and its original packaging until we provide further instructions.

Return Shipping

Avensai will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved and eligible returns.

Please wait for instructions from our support team before purchasing postage or shipping your item.

No restocking fee will be charged for an approved return.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery and are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative product or a refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
